Located directly on the golf & ski course, three blocks from the lifts, and a block from shopping and the free shuttle, this townhouse has one of the most convenient locations in Park City! It is also situated only a couple of miles from two other world class ski resorts, Deer Valley and The Canyons, and is just several blocks from the Historic District. All are easily accessed from the free shuttle just steps away. The condo accommodates up to 5 people comfortably with 4 beds. One bedroom has a king bed, a second bedroom has both queen and twin beds and the living room also has a queen sleeper sofa near a half bath.

Features: Unit 1783 was remodeled in 2017. The bathrooms have all new tubs/showers, toilets, tile flooring, vanities, granite countertops and faucets. The kitchen was updated with new GE Adora appliances including a smooth top range with true convection oven, a microwave and dishwasher with a 3rd rack for flatware. There is also a new LG French Door Refrigerator with icemaker. In addition, all the flooring and baseboard was replaced. The unit is attractively decorated in a southwestern style with mountain pine furnishings. Major features include a large masonry gas fireplace with remote control, washer/dryer, a 50″ Samsung HDTV with DVR, over 70 HD channels, a Home Theater System and a Blu-Ray DVD with smart apps.  There are also HDTV’s in each bedroom (42″ and 46″) complemented with Bluetooth Soundbars that provide not only better TV sound, but allow you to play the music on your smart phone or pad.  Free Internet is provided by both WiFi and plug in Ethernet. Additional features include a patio with gas grill and outdoor furniture, superb mountain and golf course views and the convenience of a covered carport directly in front of the unit. Complex Amenities: Guests have full use of a heated outdoor pool, two hot tubs,  two saunas, changing rooms, an office with concierge and a tennis court. These on-site amenities are all part of the Park Avenue Condominium complex situated only a couple buildings away from the unit. At the entrance to the complex, (only one building away from the unit), is a cross-walk connecting two free shuttle stops on a major bus route that’s on several major bus routes, usually providing short wait times. The cross-walk also provides access to two adjacent shopping center with supermarkets (one is 24-hrs.), a drug store, numerous restaurants, a 4-screen Cineplex, ski/bike stores (Coles & Jan’s), banks, a Utah Liquor Store and more. The location is so ideal that some guests do not bother with a car rental.

Configuration: The first floor is a contiguous level, with no steps to contend with; a private driveway is in front and the golf / ski course is in the back. After entering through the private carport, the layout consists of an atrium, entry with closets and half bath, dining room, kitchen, living room and lighted patio with a BBQ grill. On the second floor is a bedroom at the top of the stairs with a king king bed and the bedroom at the end of the hall has both a queen and twin bed. Each bedroom has a private bath (the master has a double sink), dual alarms, HDTV’s and Soundbars. Please see the unit’s floor plan. There is added privacy among the bedrooms since they are separated by the atrium and have an extra hallway door that can be closed. The Master Suite above the parking area also has a secondary access via an enclosed spiral staircase and a porch. This provides an added convenience when taking luggage in and out. With over 1,450 heated square feet plus a private atrium, this townhouse is larger than most other 2-bedroom / 2.5-bath units in the area. The unit is well built with brick walls and solid concrete floors (even on the second level) and none of the bedrooms have adjoining walls because of an offset and layouts. Consequently, the sound transfer between rooms and the adjoining units on either side is minimal enhancing privacy and sleeping.
