This is the living area of the PC Townhome, Park Avenue Unit 1783. There is a gas fireplace and ample seating for about 8 via the oversized chair, sofa and bar stools. The couch is a queen sleeper sofa. Out of the photo, on the left, are sliding doors to the patio with golf/ski course access - and the entertainment center with a home theater system (32" flat tube TV, stereo with 6-speaker surround sound and DVD/CD).
