The Park Ave Condominium Building, containing Units 1783 & 1785 on the far right, is on Capt. Molly Drive. It is the second building on the left (after entering the complex and taking a right turn) and faces the golf and ski courses. The complex enjoys underground electric and gas style street lamps.
