1.  Remodeled. Park Avenue Unit 1783 has undergone an extensive renovation in 2017.  It involved the replacement of the existing baths with new tubs/showers, toilets, vanity cabinets, granite countertops, large 24″ square porcelain tile, curved shower curtain rods and all new faucets/fixtures. In addition, the kitchen has all new appliances consisting of stainless steel GE Adora appliances, which include a range with smooth top surface and true convection oven with two self cleaning options, a microwave and a dishwasher with a 3rd rack and stainless interior. There is also an LG French Door refrigerator with icemaker.

2.  Gas Fireplace. The large gas fireplace has an authentic looking log set with a remote control. Turn it on/off and set the flame height from the couch. This system is easy to use and avoids the hassles of using real firewood. Newly added is a CO2 detector for increased safety.

3. Washer / Dryer. Enjoy the convenience of a washer and dryer located on the first level near the half bath.

4. Entertainment Center. Included are a 50-inch Samsung Smart, expanded digital cable including over 70 HD channels, a Sony DVD / VCR combo player and a stereo system with AM/FM cassette tape and CD. A Red Box is across the street that supplies DVDs and any video rentals.

5. TV’s in Each Bedroom. One is a 42-inch Led Smart and another is a 46-inch HD TV. Both have an access to over 70 HD cable channels.

6. High-Speed Internet Access. High-Speed WiFi access is constantly available to the unit. In addition a A 14′ ethernet (CAT-5e) cable, allows your laptop to easily be used on the kitchen counter or on the living room coffee table.

7. Patio & Outdoor Gas Grill. The patio has fantastic views of the mountains and ski slopes used in the 2002 Olympics. In summer, the unit is on the 18th fairway and just a block from the golf pro shop, grill room, practice green and range. An outdoor gas grill, near the patio light, makes it easy and convenient to BBQ.

8. Outdoor Atrium – for Ski Storage or as a Private Deck with Patio Furniture. Access to the unit is via a covered walkway adjacent to a private outdoor atrium with wood deck and patio furniture. In winter, wall mounted ski racks under the covered walk allow for the storage of several pairs of skis and poles; snowboards can be stored on the deck. An atrium light with motion sensor makes it easy to unlock the front door at night and the lockable door from the carport provides for a secure atrium area.

9. Covered Parking. Unit 1783 is in one of the few condo complexes in Park City that provides covered parking immediately in front of the entrance. Most complexes and hotels have open parking or a parking garage that requires the use of an elevator or stairs involving a few minutes, not a few seconds, to go between the car and unit / room.

10. Deluxe Bedding. Experience hypo-allergenic comforters and pillows.

11. Full Kitchen. Besides the new appliances, other items include a disposal,  toater oven, programmable coffee maker and blender. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishware for 8, pots, pans, etc.

12. Work Areas & Wall Safe. The downstairs work area is located on the kitchen counter next to the living room. It has directories, electric outlets, Broadband computer access, and counterspace with four bar chairs that provides a large central work area. In addition, the master suite has a dedicated desk area equipped with halogen desk lamp, desk pad, phone, deluxe office chair, variouse office supplies (pencil, pen, paper, clips, etc.) and outlets to plug in a computer. It also has an electronic wall safe large enough to store a laptop computer.

13. Heat Control and Humidifiers. To provide for slightly cooler temperatures during sleeping hours and warmer temperatures when the condo is more actively used, there is a programmable thermostat, however, the heat can be changed any time of day. The unit maintains excellent humidity levels with humidifiers for each room.
