FEATURES

1. Gas Fireplace. The large gas fireplace has an authentic looking log set with a remote control. Turn it on/off and set the flame height from the couch. This system is easy to use and avoids the hassles of using real firewood. Newly added is a CO2 detector for increased safety.

2. Washer / Dryer. Enjoy the convenience of a washer and dryer located on the first level near the half bath.

3. Entertainment Center. Included are a 32-inch flat screen TV (Panasonic Tau series) with front S-VHS & A/V connections for video games, cameras, etc., expanded digital cable including over 70 channels (e.g. HBO, ESPN & E!), a Sony DVD / VCR combo player and a stereo system with AM/FM cassette tape and CD. A Blockbuster Video is only a block away to easily supply you with any video rentals.

4. TV's in Each Bedroom. One is a 25-inch TV with VCR and another is a 27-inch TV connected to a DVD/VCR. Both have remote controls, easy to use A/V connections on the front for video games or cameras and expanded cable service.

5. Computer and High-Speed Internet Access. High-Speed Internet access is constantly available to the unit. Consequently, the phone line never needs to be tied up if you want to use your laptop computer. A 14' ethernet (CAT-5e) cable, allows your laptop to easily be used on the kitchen counter or on the living room coffee table. The Dell computer with 3.5" floppy, CD & CD/RW drives has a 17" flat CRT monitor and equipped with Windows 98 OS and Office 2000.

6. Patio & Outdoor Gas Grill. The patio has fantastic views of the mountains and ski slopes used in the 2002 Olympics. With the right snow conditions it's possible to "ski-in" from the Park City resort only 3-blocks away. In summer, the unit is on the 18th fairway and just a block from the golf pro shop, grill room, practice green and range. An outdoor gas grill, near the patio light, makes it easy and convenient to BBQ.

7. Outdoor Atrium - for Ski Storage or as a Private Deck with Patio Furniture. Access to the unit is via a covered walkway adjacent to a private outdoor atrium with wood deck and patio furniture. In winter, wall mounted ski racks under the covered walk allow for the storage of several pairs of skis and poles; snowboards can be stored on the deck. An atrium light with motion sensor makes it easy to unlock the front door at night and the lockable door from the carport provides for a secure atrium area.

8. Covered Parking. Unit 1783 is in one of the few condo complexes in Park City that provides covered parking immediately in front of the entrance. Most complexes and hotels have open parking or a parking garage that requires the use of an elevator or stairs involving a few minutes, not a few seconds, to go between the car and unit / room.

9. Deluxe Bedding. Experience luxurious bedding including hypo-allergenic comforters and pillows. This is not a Bed-in-a-Bag, but luxurious 100% Egyptian Cotton bedding made by Veratex that includes coordinated duvets, shams, pillows and bedskirts. Both goose down and synthetic pillows, from firm to soft, are available.

10. Full Kitchen. A new GE Spacemaker Microwave (as of 12/03) with vent, turntable, and surface light is above a a Kenmore electric range with digital controls. Other items include a refrigerator, dishwasher, disposal, 4 slot toaster, toater oven, programmable coffee maker and blender. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishware for 6+, pots, pans, etc.

11. Work Areas & Wall Safe. The downstairs work area is located on the kitchen counter next to the living room. It has a phone, directories, electric outlets, Broadband computer access, a computer (as described above) and counterspace with four chairs that provides a large central work area. In addition, the master suite has a dedicated desk area equipped with halogen desk lamp, desk pad, phone, task chair, office supplies (pencil, pen, paper, clips, etc.) and outlets to plug in a computer. It also has an electronic wall safe large enough to store a laptop computer.

12. Heat Control, Ample Hot Water, Humidifiers & Air Filtering. To provide for slightly cooler temperatures during sleeping hours and warmer temperatures when the condo is more actively used, there is a programmable thermostat, however, the heat can be changed any time of day. A new 52 gallon gas hot water heater (as of 12/03) with 50,000 BTUs, was relocated to the furnace room off the carport to free up a kitchen closet and provide more sustainable hot water. The unit maintains excellent humidity levels with a new 10-gallon Bionaire digital humidifier with air filters downstairs and a 2-gallon warm mist unit upstairs at the opposite end of the condo in the Master Suite.

Less than a stones-throw away is a Heated Outdoor Pool, two enclosed Hot Tubs, Saunas, Lockers with showers and a Rental Office with Concierge. There is also a Tennis Court nearby for summer use that can be reserved in advance. Please review the On-site Amenities.
