Special Spring, Summer & fall rates are available between late April through early November.

Short Term Rates: Our minimum stay during the non-ski season is usually 3-nights, however, such holidays as July 4th and Labor Day usually require 5- to 7-nights. Our nightly rates are about $225/nt. for a stay of 3nts. and drop to about $150/nt for a stay of 7nts., excluding tax (10.35%) and a turnover cleaning fee. However, these rates are usually lower before Memorial Day and after Labor Day, and can be higher for the summer, especially during summer holidays and during special events (e.g. the Jazz Festival, Art Festival, etc.) in July and August. Simply stated, the longer your stay, the lower our nightly rate.

Monthly Rates: We encourage monthly rentals between June and September by offering excellent monthly rates (at substantial discounts over short term rates). Our rates are slightly under $2,000 for a prime summer month, but can be hundreds less before Memorial Day and after Labor Day. These rates exclude tax, but most utilities are included consisting of water, sewer, local phone, high speed Internet access, cable and trash pick-up. Electric and gas are also normally included for a month stay, but are negotiable for longer stays, and discounts are provided for multiple months.

SUMMER ACTIVITIES

There are actually more activities and things to do in the summer than in the winter. A tennis court, large outdoor pool (adjacent to spas, saunas and lockers) are at the complex two buildings away. An exceptional public golf course (Park City Golf Club) is out our back door. The pro shop is just a block away at the Hotel Park City, which also has an excellent health club, and it is next to a driving range and putting greens. There is a great jogging/walking trail that begins at our complex and extends towards The Canyons for a few miles. Hiking and bike trails extend for miles at the Park City Mt. Resort (PCMR) 3-blocks away and also at two other ski resorts (within 3-miles). Bike rentals are available adjacent to our complex. PCMR also has the famous Alpine Slide, horses, climbing walls, chair lifts, high speed lift, miniature golf and a maize. One of Utah's largest skate board parks is also only 3-blocks away as are baseball diamonds, volley ball courts and a large athletic field. Fantastic fly fishing is available on the Provo River within 15-miles and outfitters adjacent and across from our complex can provide equipment, guides and access to private streams and lakes. The Jordenelle reservoir is only about 10-miles away and provides great boating, water skiing, jet skiing and fishing; other reservoirs are also nearby. Two miles away at Deer Valley are several outdoor summer concerts and there are weekly concerts and outdoor markets nearby. In addition, there are several public and a few private golf courses within about 20-minutes and about a dozen public tennis courts within a mile. Various nearby activities include art festivals, rodeos, Pow Wows, Fairs, etc. Also, don't forget the hay rides, train rides and balloon rides. Please see see Summer Dos.
